BEAULOOM sells digital products that are delivered instantly. Because a digital product can be downloaded and copied the moment it is delivered, our refund window is short and specific. Please read this policy before you buy.
1. 12-Hour Refund Window
Refunds are available only within 12 hours of purchase, and only if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
2. No Refund After Download or Access
Once you download the product, open the files, or begin using any of the materials, the purchase becomes non-refundable. We keep this policy to protect our work against unauthorised distribution and content theft.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email growth@beauloom.com within 12 hours of purchase and include:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order or transaction ID
- The date and time of purchase
- A short reason for the request
We reply to every request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. What Is Not Refundable
- Any product that has been downloaded or accessed
- Bonuses, bundles or free items included with a purchase
- Requests made more than 12 hours after purchase
- Purchases made through a third-party platform, which follow that platform’s own refund rules
5. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged but never given access, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge or restore your access in full. The 12-hour window does not apply to these cases.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If something goes wrong with an order, please contact us first — most issues are solved the same day. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may result in your access being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
7. Results Disclaimer
BEAULOOM is an educational planning and habit system. We do not guarantee specific skin or beauty results, and not achieving a particular result is not a ground for a refund under this policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.
